1. Remove all mangoes from the box. If any of the mango has gone bad, please keep it separate.
2. Arrange all mangoes placed on the hay with stem facing up as shown in the image.
3. Keep this arrangement away from direct sunlight.
4. Keep few mangoes in the box with hay for faster ripening. The ones kept in the open will take longer to get ripe.
5. Enjooooooooy the ripe mangoes in form you like 😋
6. If last few remaining mangoes become ripe at the same time, put them in refrigerator & use as required.
7. The outer skin of the mangoes in the refrigerator may turn dark / black. Don’t worry, the mangoes are not spoiled. They will be absolutely good once you peel them.
8. Keep checking regularly for spoiled mangoes. If found, separate it from the rest immediately.
